What is NEOTech 2025?
NEOTech 2025 is an Educational Technology Conference for educators and school administrators around Northeast Ohio. NEOTech aims to provide attendees with valuable insights and tools to enhance their teaching methods and overall educational experience. Participants can look forward to engaging sessions and networking opportunities to stay updated with the evolving landscape of educational technology.
Where and when is NEOTech 2025 being held?
NEOTech 2025 will be held on March 18 at the Student Center at Kent State University
Is NEOTech free to attend?
Yes! NEOTech is a FREE EdTech Conference
If I am presenting at NEOTech, do I still need to get a ticket?
Yes! When you register, select the "Presenter" ticket type
How Do I get tickets?
Tickets are free, and you can register on this website at neotechconference.org/tickets
Registration is open February 14th - March 17th, 2025
What about parking?
Parking vouchers for the Kent State Student Center Visitor Lot will be provided to attendees on a first-come-first-serve basis. Free overflow parking is across the street. Visit neotechconference.org/venue for more information
Will any breakout sessions be held virtually?
No, NEOTech 2025 is a completely in-person event
Will I need to bring my own lunch?
No! NEOTech 2025 will provide attendees with a free lunch, courtesy of our sponsors.
Will there be a keynote presentation?
A welcoming keynote address will be posted on this website and on the conference mobile app - Whova
What is Whova?
Whova is a smartphone app you may use during the conference. Whova provides you with the opportunity to network, share photos, organize your schedule for the day, and much more! Download the app, then log in or create an account with the same email address you used to get your NEOTech 2025 ticket.
What is the Robotics Competition?
For many years, NEOTech has hosted several local school districts for a middle school robotics competition. This year, 6 different school districts will compete in 3 different contests for the trophy!
Can I watch the Robotics Competition?
Yes! The Robotics Competition will be held in the Ballroom on the 2nd floor. You may also spectate from the Ballroom's balcony on the 3rd floor.
If my child is participating in the Robotics Competition, can I come?
Yes! There will be ample space in the Ballroom on the 2nd floor and in the balcony on the 3rd floor for parents to watch their students compete with robotics. Parents and students do not need to get tickets for NEOTech 2025.
